Product Requirements

The Intelligent Carbon Source Dosing System (ICSAS) adopts an advanced feedforward + model + feedback control logic to calculate the carbon source dosing setpoint based on nitrate concentration and the denitrification rate of activated sludge. For wastewater treatment plants that require external carbon sources for denitrification, the intelligent carbon source dosing system automatically doses carbon sources. It can meet the denitrification process requirements while effectively reducing carbon source consumption, saving carbon source costs, and preventing effluent quality deterioration caused by excessive carbon source dosing (the control accuracy of the external carbon source dosing setpoint is within ±10%).

This system, through the collaborative operation of the company's BioShell integrated carbon source dosing equipment and online nitrate analyzers, achieves fully automatic carbon source dosing control for biological tanks, thereby improving the automation level of the wastewater treatment plant.
