       BioChem carries out Bio-tank Intelligent Control Sub-station (BICS) solution to meet the requirement of fully embedded intelligent control system.

Target
       BICS is focusing on the Biological Treatment Section in the WWTP and its working scope includes all instruments and equipment belong to Bio-tank, blower station, second sedimentation tank and sludge pumping station. 

Function Description
       ISTP consists the modules of Production Management, Device Management, User Management, Report Management, Alarm Management and Security Management.

Communication Management
       BICS communicate with post and rear sub-station, MCP and SCADA by Industrial Ethernet, system will monitor the heartbeat signals between the line and gives out alarm information in case the heartbeat signals lose.

Communication Management
1. Open-loop Control
       BICS can operate independently without the reference of post or rear sub-station. In this mode, BICS only take care of the Biological Process Section.
2. Close-loop Control
       BICS can also operate coordinately with the reference of post and rear sub-station. In this mode, BICS will be functional on Pre-treatment Section and Sludge Line also.
