       BioChem carries out iSTP solution to meet the intelligent control requirement and to reduce the labor cost of WWTP.

Target

       ISTP possesses the characteristic of intelligence, stability and ease-to-use, it integrates the existing system such as automation system, security system and fire-fighting system from the WWTP effectively and it also brings in the intelligent decision making system as the management head to coordinate generally. Thus brings the combined system as one unit and can be operated jointly with high efficiency.

Function Description
       ISTP consists the modules of Production Management, Device Management, User Management, Report Management, Alarm Management and Security Management.

Production Management
      Based on the data of WWTP inlet quality and quantity, target outlet quality, actual outlet quality, BioChem expertise coefficient and ASM model, intelligent Decision Making module will calculate the operating parameters of key processes.
      Meanwhile, operation manager can modify the operation parameters of main process sections according to the preset rights.

Report Management
      User can design Production Report, Device Management Report, Alarm Summary Report and Manual Report according to the need.

Alarm Management
      One of main function of iSTP is to handle the exceptional situation reasonably and effectively during production. The grade of alarm events can be defined by operation manager accordingly.
